The problem is managing software versions is discussed in general and in particular with Perl.  We will cover version information in CPAN files as well as the bigger question of how to manage file and system versions when multiple remote developers are involved.

This talk assumes minimal knowledge of Perl.  It applies those who wish to maintain perl programs and scripts over a period of months or years.
