gtk+ is one of the leading open source cross platform GUI toolkits. The latest version gtk+-2.2 includes lots of upgrades including superb internationalization support. Very recently the gtk+-2.0 bindings to perl known as Gtk2 have been released, and in this tutorial we will have a look at them all the way from a simple gui program up to a walk through of the different widgets.
