[Israel.pm] how to convert css style to inline style

I want to find an easy way to convert css+html files into html file with the attributes inline.the naive way is to replace /(id|class)=\w+/iwith qq{style= yada yada yada}but I hope to find amodule that does tha forme .any ideas ?
