One more thing about accounting.
There are companies in Israel that will handle all of the accounting for 
you. Officially you're their employee. In practice you just tell what 
invoices to issue, they take a small percentage and transfer you the 
rest as salary. They take care of all the tax issues.
I never worked with any of them so I have no info about how good the
