[Israel.pm] Accessing a private variable?!

Hello There.

I started working in Qualcomm this Sunday, on Test Automation.
Anyway, I work on their framework. (in perl, of course)

I need to access a private variable that exist on other file.
(declared with my on package context)
I can't change that file. 
Is there a way to access it?
