Subject: [Israel.pm] Tk: requested size of a widget?
Hello There.
I am trying to calculate how big a window should be, before opening it.
The problem is that any sub-widget of that window returns '1' for any
reqheight/regwidth request.
Doing 'update' makes them answer the right sizes, but now the window
is already showing, and then I resize it.
(in short, I want to avoid that flicker, and resize before the update)
any idea?
Shmuel.
