[Israel.pm] perl modules in Linux distributions

Hi,

I have started to build a report about which CPAN module is available
in the standard or main or whatever it is called repositories of some of
the distributions.

Are there any people on our list who are familiar with packaging and
adding packages to either of these distribution (except Gentoo) ?

Are there people who are interested in learning how to package modules
in .deb .rpm etc. and then how to add them to the main repositories of
the various distros?

I would be really glad to have a meeting (in June ?) where we can learn this.
