Hello There.

I'm trying to write a web site, but I lack some web common sense.
What I mean is that I am looking for a list of guild lines. Like should I
redirect after login? How do I prevent the user from inserting the same data
twice? Who do I make the 'back' button work reasonably, yet display correct
data?
Things like that. Any good resource for that?
