But Class::DBI is easier to setup, and enough to my needs.

Thanks for the link. Another great idea in the link you posted was the
hiding a string in the form parameters, and analyzing it to see that the
browser is actually submitting utf8. I wonder if it's that simple, (just two
options) or maybe every encoding make other result. If it is more
complicated, then there should be a module about it.
And thanks for the code. I'm using it.
