If you're a student at the
Weizmann Institute of Science, there are
two Perl related courses offered there:

and Internet, and
Object-Oriented and Database
Programming for Bioinformatics and Internet.
In addition, the following companies offer commercial Perl courses: Perl Training Israel (PTI), Interbit, and Hi-Tech College.
